Simply Divine Brownies is proud to ship our brownies to homes throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Because brownies are a food product and, therefore, perishable, we use United States Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS expedited shipping to ship our brownies. Standard shipping and handling rates apply.

United States Postal Service Priority Mail takes approximately two to three days, however, this time line is not guaranteed. For second day delivery, we use USPS Express Mail. If your package must arrive on a specific day, we can guarantee its arrival by using UPS.

Summer Shipping: Since our brownies are baked with farm fresh butter and fine chocolate, they melt when the temperatures rise! In order to insure that your brownies arrive in perfect condition, we use refrigerated packaging with reusable gel packs from May 31st through September 30th.

Corporate Orders: If you are placing a corporate order, we have the ability to use third party billing to charge your shipping fees to your corporate FedEx or UPS account. To cover our costs, a handling fee of $1.50 will be charged for each package.

Where does Simply Divine Brownies ship orders?

We ship our divine brownies anywhere in the United States, as well as military bases abroad.

Once I place my order, how long does it take for Simply Divine Brownies to arrive at their destination?

We fill most orders within one to four business days. If there is a delay due to volume of orders, we promise to notify you. Simply Divine Brownies are shipped United States Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS. They should arrive within 2-3 days of the shipping date. If a package is damaged in any way, we would be happy to replace it free of charge.

What happens if I provide an incorrect shipping address when I am ordering a gift?

Unfortunately, this happens fairly often. We urge you to check your addresses before finalizing orders to make sure all information is correct. We all make mistakes! If we make an error on a shipping label, we will reship your order, add an extra treat, and apologize profusely. Brownies are perishable and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you make an error, we will happily send another package and share the expense. You pay half the cost of the brownies and we will take care of the other half. You will be responsible for any shipping charges
